Connecting to the World
At NHBC, we believe our purpose is to glorify God and make him known, both in the neighborhoods and in the nations. Our role is to equip God's people to serve him around the world. We do that by utilizizing strategic partnerships to advance the Gospel of Christ. We are to pray, to give, to go, and to send. Below are some of the ministries we partner with.
In the Neighborhood...
Good news club
It has been a privilege to serve at our local school, Garrett Elementary. In partnership with another local church, NHBC is providing hope to students, faculty, and staff right here in our neighborhood through the Good News Club. Additionally, throughout the year, we come alongside teachers and faculty through gifts of encouragement and support.
Broad Street Ministry Center
For over 20 years, NHBC has financially supported and volunteered at this vital food and distribution center. Located on Broad Street in downtown Augusta, BSMC serves thousands of individuals annually by meeting practical needs and sharing the love of Christ.
International link
International Link is a local ministry in the CSRA seeking to build relationships with internationals primarily through teaching English as a Second Language. Trained individuals provide practical skills to help those from other countries acclimate to the area while showing them the hope that can be theirs. NHBC is honored to host this ministry weekly during the school year.
In the Nations...
The Green Family
Ryan and Amy serve in Northwest Thailand, along with their daughter Ellie, assisting in church planting through creative outreach, training, and teaching in a local international School. The Greens are are eager to see light of the gospel spread throughout this beautiful land.
Troy and Kristin J.

Since 2012, NHBC has partnered with local Christians in country to conduct biblical, theological, and practical training for pastors and other ministry leaders so that they might be more effective and resilient in living out and sharing the gospel.
House of Blessing Foundatiton
Thailand's population is now over 66 million people with less than .6% identifying as Christians. The House of Blessing reaches into prisons all over the country with through the gospel and discipleship and and hosts over 100 former prisoners or children of prisoners in their half-way house. Since 2010 NHBC has been partnering with the TCF to do evangelism, practical life skill training, and general discipleship among the residents and church in Bangkok.
